The egg incubation process guidance can also be followed according to your own experience. This includes instructions for the winter and summer seasons.
Begin by taking out the necessary items: the hatching net, battery cable, tip bottle, and water spray bottle. Adjust the roller distance to accommodate the size of the fertilized eggs, then place the rollers. Connect the upper cover to the lower box's connecting wire, and then connect the power supply. Once the panel displays normally, click the "+" button to turn on the egg-turning light and activate the egg-turning mode.
Add water using a sharp-nosed bottle, adjusting the amount according to the incubator's water consumption rate to ensure the water box remains filled. On the 7th day of incubation, inspect the eggs by turning on the lamp above the incubator. Remove any infertile eggs without bloodshot and any dead embryos that have not developed by the 14th day to prevent contamination.
Three days before hatching, remove the rollers and replace them with the hatching net, then transfer the eggs onto the net. During the hatching period, spray the poultry fertilized eggs with warm water (avoid the humidity probe) 3-4 times a day to soften the eggshells and improve the hatching rate. Fine water droplets should be visible on the eggshell surface.
To check if the egg-turning function is working, press the "+" button. When the egg-turning indicator light is on, you can see the yellow long shaft rotating, indicating the incubator is turning the eggs every 90 minutes. When the light is off, no further button pressing is necessary.
If the machine's alarm goes off, press the "-" key to mute the reminder. The machine will then automatically return to normal operation. Place the incubator in a warm, stable environment, and if the temperature is still too low, you can add a foam box to help.
The incubator offers several key features: 1. Automatic egg turning: The incubator turns the eggs once every 90 minutes for 75 seconds, preventing eggshell adhesion and improving hatchability. 2. Automatic water addition: The incubator is equipped with automatic water-adding equipment. Users only need to install the setup and regularly refill the water bottle to maintain humidity. 3. Built-in egg candler: The incubator has a built-in egg candler, allowing users to observe embryo development at different time periods. Use the egg candler in a low-light area for clearer observation. 4. Dual power supply: The machine supports a 110V power supply and can be manually switched to a 12V battery in the event of a power outage (12V battery not included). 5. Adjustable roller spacing: The roller distance can be adjusted to accommodate different egg sizes, allowing for the hatching of approximately 16 chicken eggs, 9 duck eggs, 20 pigeon eggs, 24 quail eggs, and more. This incubator cannot hatch reptile eggs. 6. Hatching net: During the egg-turning process, remove the hatching net to avoid interference. Three days before hatching, take out the rollers and place the hatching net in the incubator, then put the eggs on the net.
