You can try to connect the charger to your scooter from different interfaces. 4. If there was a green light when the power was plugged in. After connecting the electric bike, the light went out, it is because the internal short circuit of the electric bike, which causes the charger self-protection function. You'd better check your electric bike battery, and replace the battery.
