Simplified Electric Bike Charger for 48V Lithium Battery

This 48-54.6V 2A Electric Bike Charger is designed for 48V Lithium Batteries, with an input voltage of AC120V and a DC2.1MM Jack Connector. The charger dimensions are 135x90x50mm, and it is suitable for Li-ion batteries.

The working power is 110Vac, 50 ~ 60Hz, and the suitable battery voltage is 48V. The output voltage is 54.6V, which is designed for 13S Li-ion Batteries, and the output current is 2A. The output plug is a DC 2.1mm Jack Connector.

The charger features Battery Protection, including SCP (Short Circuit Protection), OVP (Over Voltage Protection), OCP (Over Current Protection), and OTP (Over Temperature Protection). The charging mode is a three-mode intelligent charging, including constant current, constant voltage, and trickle (floating charge).

The charging efficiency is ≥85% (full load), and the working temperature range is -5 ℃ ~ +40 ℃, with a storage temperature range of -40 ℃ ~ +70 ℃.

The Operating Instructions are as follows: 1. Before charging, connect the DC terminal to the battery first, and then plug in the AC power cable. 2. After charging is complete, unplug the AC terminal first, and then unplug the DC terminal. 3. When not charging or after charging is complete, be sure to unplug both the DC terminal and AC terminal.

The LED Indicators are: - LED 1 Red: Power on - LED 2 Red: Battery being charged - LED 2 Flash: Battery will be fully charged soon - LED 2 Green: Battery has been charged completely

The package includes 1* 48V 2A lithium battery charger, which is a SANS 54V 2A Smart Charger for 48V Electric bicycle and electric scooter batteries. It has input voltage 120VAC 50/60HZ and OVP, OCP, SCP protections.

The Indication Light is Red when charging and Green when the battery is fully charged or broken (UNDER 35.7V). If you find the green light right after plugging in the battery, disconnect and measure your battery voltage. DO NOT USE THE CHARGER if your battery voltage is below 35.7V, as it is DANGEROUS.

The DC Connector is DC2.1, 5.5*2.1MM. Please ensure your battery charging port is compatible with the listed connector before purchasing.

The high-frequency smart charging technology keeps batteries at optimal charge and operates quite silently. The charger automatically switches between charging mode and float mode.
